Defiant LA teamed up with LeBron’s Lobos 1707 Tequila and our Social Strategy Partners to help expand the brand’s awareness & raise the bar on the brand, while expanding the social footprint and growing the following. We collaborated on numerous innovative executions in the space with several new design concepts, inventive AI animations, and content concepts.

We overhauled social platforms for Lobos to share their own recipes across social with their followers, designing a system that aligned with their workflow and allowed for the ease of use with the internal and external teams to contribute…allowing for maximum collaboration. Including video placement into the cover slide to further engage followers and inform viewers how the cocktails were made.

We grew their audience and followers through our shortform video campaign concept called ‘The Spirit Within’. Connecting the Wolf Spirit to the Lobos 1707 Logo on the bottle. Creating assets for every product in the Lobos 1707 line.

We explored wildly bold, colorful, tasty, and captivating design to help round out our social arsenal.

For March Madness and to connect Lebron James to the brand even more, we executed the “The Ultimate Cocktail Bracket”. The 4 week-long campaign involved Lebron’s social engagement and sharing, further extending the reach and social engagement. Everyone loves a knock-out pool with a Cinderella surprise at the end.

In conjunction with the finale of the hit HBO series The White Lotus, Defiant LA created a set of recipe posts that tied into the twist in the finale (blender).

As well as timely posts that captured the attention with a visible “Blood Moon” visible for large parts of the US. These current and relevant social posts had huge interaction and kept the audience engaged.

Lobos 1707 and designer Sheron Carter combined to create a one off carrying tote for LeBron James – now opening new possibilities. Social Assets were created to promote several giveaways across a variety of platforms.

These social content creations aligned with their “Center For Undomestication” campaign. Deepening and extending this campaign.

As well as serving up social media to drive viewer engagement, Defiant LA also selected, retouched, composited, and created images needed across all social platforms throughout the project. Keeping the brand image consistent on all platforms.
